CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide the best service to all of our clients and to respect everyone's time, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll do our best to be flexible in such cases. However, repeated late cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
